I've listened to all of Aribeth's whining but she hasn't given me a ring for it... is there a command I can use to spawn the item?

There is... although usually she -should- give you the ring if you made the right choices. That dialogue is a long one, and most outcomes aren't positive... ah, well...

Commands:
## DebugMode 1
## dm_spawnitem aribeth_ring
## DebugMode 0

Yep, the item tag is as easy as that in this case.

Basically you have to be extremely nice to her, and think about the positive and helpful things to say to her, not give her reasons to doubt herself. Obviously if you consider it whinning you might not have done such a good job. If you're really serious about it, try again - hopefully you saved before that - and listen to her correctly, read the dialogue, and try to find the solutions to calm her down as well as give her faith in herself. Afterwards she should ask you if you want to be her friend, accept, and she'll give you her father's ring. *SPOILER HIGHLIGHT* Which you can later use to convert her back to her faith at the end of the game, and bring her to Lord Nasher's. If you're looking for the romance then you might consider downloading Aribeth's Revival which continues the story after you kill the *itch queen of the universe.
