How do you rest/sleep?

Hi,
I just started playing F1 & F2, I'm not sure how to rest/sleep to heal. Is there a hot key I'm missing
or something? Having a great time with both games!

Hello.
For rest. Its in Pipboy2000 menu hot key Z, and then choose how long do you want to rest. If you rest, you will get a number of hit points back every six hours equal to your healing rate.
Your character also heals atomaticaly, at the end of each day equal to your healing rate.
Healing rate is 1/3 Endurace (minimun is 1), average character have also 1.
