I created my main character as a cleric/mage half-elf and i would like to keep Aerie as well.... but i dont know who else i should choose to make a great team!!!!
Can anyone give me some advise...

(Astafas, I share your feelings... Let's hope it is a random coincidence. In the end, kkk is from Canada and not from the south of the USA. Perhaps, kkk tells us more...) Well, it's a problem of alignment. I suppose that you have a good alignment (Aerie is LG). If you mix good and evil characters in your team, prepare for hostilities inside the team. Some characters are incompatible (Keldorn vs. Viconia, for example). Take Minsc and Keldorn (you must have some gorillas in your team, neither you nor Aerie is able of toe to toe fight). Perhaps Jaheira (druid spells, she will not cooperate with Aerie if your protagonist is a male). Another good idea is Mazzy. Perhaps Anomen as a fighter (you have enough clerics). Beware of Jan (rather incompatible with Minsc), avoid Edwin, Korgan, and Viconia.

I don't believe Minsc and Jan are incompatible. Sure, Minsc will threaten Jan , but I don't think it will end hostile.

Of course, if I were to choose, we should all get along. However, "kkk" is the well known abreviation for an infamous racist organisation. Racist opinions have nothing to do on our excellent board. Actually, I would have liked our moderators to take a firmer hand in this matter.

I just gotta comment on this, I simply dislike kkk's nick. I'm not gonna give ANY advice to a guy with a nick like that. For real. I really hope that is an accident, otherwise, I would,too, hope that the moderators would interfere this.

How cou;d you not know what KKK means it is know world wide as an EVIL and COWERDLY organisation. If I could do it I would kill every member. Oh and I am a white angalo saxon protisatant or WASP which is what KKK members are but I HATE them all.

Before all of us Canadians get too self-rightious, let's not forget that the South African Apartheid system was actually modelled upon our Native reserves. And let's not forget that Black Loyalists coming up into Nova Scotia were given the crappiest land holdings available.
Sadly, there are racists everywhere, it's just that Canadian racists tend to be more subdued about voicing their opinions.
I guess, on the subject of races, this is why I like BG/SOA, it's quite balanced when it comes to race and gender (well, except that women could have been given more and better choices for romances).
