Just wondering how you carry on playing after you've defeated Jack?

Whatever you choose to do, the game then goes onto credits...
I've heard you can carry on playing, but how?

When I try to go back into the game it just gives me an option to load autosave or my last saved point - neither of which is after I have the sword or Jack's mask trophy.

So how do I do it?

I have always just pressed Y to end the credits, as they suggest - you'd think they'd lead on from that...

its because they knew the game was too short so they had to add some gameplay time by making us wait through the credits.
