I have the Big Picture mod installed, and something in there changes the encounter with Tolgerias in the planar sphere. Just when you've almost killed one of them, Tolgerias and the other Mage both Dimension Door out of there. Now I found the Mage in the next room with the fire creatures, but Tolgerias just seems to have vanished ...

I've searched the entire level (with True Sight), and can't find him. However, if I rest twice, I can see him casting Stoneskin, so I know he's around somewhere ...

Unfortunately the PlagueZone and TeamBG site both seem to be down, so I can't get any info on the mod itself ... unless someone here happens to know about this?

Now I believe you can use CLUA to force creatures to appear? I've always used SK before, so never had a reason to try it ... will CLUA actually make him appear, or just another 'copy' of him? And if it does make him appear, how do I go about enabling CLUA, open the console, and what command do I need to enter?

Guess I shouldn't have given up my own search so quickly ... managed to find an old thread with CLUA instructions (not quite as easy as it sounds given how many threads have the word CLUA somewhere in them!).

First problem was that there was 7 versions of Tolgerias in the CRE files ... I tried TOLGER2 and I believe that was the right one. At least I get the dialog you normally get on entering the room, and after killing him, the 'phantom' Tolgerias was no longer around (i.e: resting a couple times doesn't make him cast Stoneskin). So I think that worked OK.

Only question remaining then is: how is it supposed to work? Is it just a bug that he didn't appear for me, or was I supposed to do something to make him appear? (i.e: Will killing him this way mess something up down the road?) Unfortunately I probably need to ask that in the Big Picture forum which as I said appears to be down ...

If you just want the quest to progress why not change the variables for the quest after killing him and then make sure the tolgerias dialogue triggers are all there and you should be fine no? Its kinda ugly, crude and manual but it will work if you just look at a old save game where you have done the quest before and copy it in...

Well, I'm not a Mage (and already have a stronghold besides), so I don't know that there is any more 'dialogue' to go ... that's just for the Mage stronghold isn't it? Although, not having tried Big Picture before, I can't be sure there isn't something else they've added ... that's more what I was wondering about. (In any case, never having done it in BP before, I don't have a save game to reference).

Anyway, I've completed the Planar Sphere now without any further problems, so I don't think anything got messed up ...
