My question on this topic is this, does it matter if I stay in chapter two then go to the guild or should I just push along to chapter3?

I've done all outer Amnish quest that I can but am still in chapter2.
I've been holding off on the guild.
I still have to do the guild, the sewers, and the litchs for sure. Also twisted ruin and temple and graveyard district to do.
Have not put Throne of Bhaal on yet.
Multi-stronghold mod installed.

I don't think it changes anything - Chapters 2 and 3 are very closely linked and most things that can be done in one can be done in the other.

Since I do have multi-strongholds installed would anybody recomend the guild and Mekkrath first on my list?\

I haven't played around with mods much and all I ever play is thief so I don't know about the other strongholds.
