Missing teleporters

The imp has taken the teleporters at stormfist castle and I need to get them back. Have spoken to the imp after collecting the council of seven but he wont give them back.
Where do I go next.?

Have you checked out all the rooms in the Council of Seven area? Because the imp that stole 'em (who is not the same as the Council of Seven's imp representative) was being held prisoner, there, by the succubus. When you speak to him, he should give you the stones.

If he doesn't, what does he say when you bring the stones up?
