2 small questions.

First: Can a Nosferatu walk in the streets without breaking the masquarade? Or would he/she/it have to stay hidden all the time?

Second: On the loading screen there is a collum "Elapsed Time".
I cant figue thisone out, what does it indicate?

Nosferatu can walk the streets, but cannot get to close to wandering npcs.
THey come equiped with a radar that tells you how close you are to others.
Even still, the only way (that I have found) that you get a violation is if you walk too close to the beat cops.

As far as the elapsed time goes, in what context is it used. Elapsed time only means time passed, or the amount of time that needs to pass.

Also, the Elizabeth Dane quest with the Nosferatu is extremely difficult. As the cop will not give you the police report. Haven't figured this one out yet.
