I'm already stuck and am getting quite frustrated. Am on Ghost mission and have recovered diary and pendant, so how do i leave? I came through the sewers but can't get back out that way. Need help please.

You can (must) leave trough the sewer.
Remember that for some pipes you have to crawl to fit trough them (default: ctrl) and at the end of most small tunels there are a pair of stairs that will lead you out.

I did crouch by the sewers, I jumped by them, and did a head stand but it still wont let me leave. advice please. I cant get into the sewer, that is the problem. had no problem coming to hotel, and it says to return to town since i have the items. really frustrated

You have to find the sewerentrence, and remove the lit with the use key (E), then crawl down.

Stillgar I do appreciate your help but i've found the sewer entrance, at least the one I came through originally, it's to the right of the house while facing the front. I'm pushing E, and on all fours and still nothing, the use icon is not appearing. Is there another sewer entrance?

That is the one you need, interesting that it isn't lighting up, I assume you tried restarting the game? Do you have a slightly earlier save you could use instead, could be a slightly corrupt save file or something?
