Yoh!
1. Where do I find Lord Gluttermonkey?
2. How can I change NPCs invetory in the construction set. For example giving them lots of gold or different items?
3. How can I give Creeper 99999999999999999999999999 gold so that I can sell everything to him without having to go through these endless sell-rest sell-rest and so on?
To people that answer, thx...

Old question, but a goodie. In one of the test cells. Type
coc "Clutter Warehouse - Everything Must Go!"
Either type
coc Vivec
...or whatever to get back out, or simply Recall to a previous Mark.
2. How can I change NPCs invetory in the construction set. For example giving them lots of gold or different items?
I'm curious: why would you want to? They won't use the gold. If you just want it for yourself, there are console cheats out there to acquire it.
3. How can I give Creeper 99999999999999999999999999 gold so that I can sell everything to him without having to go through these endless sell-rest sell-rest and so on?
If you're playing on the PC, there are several mods that can raise the amount of money merchants habitually have on hand.

Fable, IIRC coc Vivec can kill you.

Small guide to increase the merchant's gold:
Example used is Creeper.
Open your Construction Set and click on the map icon on in the top toolbar. Doubleclick the little square next to morrowind.esm, and click "Load Files". When all the files are loaded, search for the 'Creatures' tab in the Objects screen. All merchants in the game will be under the NPC's tab, but there are two exceptions: Creeper and the Mudcrab. Search for creeper's id (scamp_creeper) and doubleclick on it. If the whole screen is greyed out, uncheck 'Blocked' and click save, then just open the screen again. At the bottom left, you should see three buttons. Click 'AI' then go to the 'Services' tab. Change the barter gold into something more suitable, like 999999. You can also make him buy more item types by checking the appropriate boxes. Then just click 'Save' twice, and click 'File' -> 'save'. Name your plugin, something like 'RichCreeper', and don't forget to check the plugin under your data files!
Small problem: if the services tab is greyed out, go back and uncheck 'auto calculate stats'

Have you tried it? I ended up outside the Mages Guild. Where did you end up?

Somewhere near the Telvanni canton.

yes well, thx... and the thing is, I don't want to cheat using the console, that's just lame. And it would also be nice to know how to use the construction set for future MOD making. Ok, but I want tro know where Lord gluttermonkey is! Is he near the telvanni canton like the last guy said?

No, like most Easter eggs, you need the console. It's not cheating anyways.

How did this, to use your own words, kill you? If you end up inside an object (which you shouldn't), opening the console and typing fixme should deal with it.

Well.. i am not sure.. but perhaps falling trough floor and then hitting floor again.. but only way that can happen is indoors..when you are out you should just fall into water.. but with low acrobatics skill you might die..
Everyone dont have lightning reflexses to type fixme..
But then i dont have any idea of what you have just said on this matter.. even with my Morrowind geekness..

If you do what I said to find Lord Gluttermonkey, and then my way of getting back, according to Rookie-Rookie, that return trip would kill your character. Asking for evidence of this so you don't die would seem to be very much on topic, don't you agree?

No, in one way you're right. But it was off topic. but anyway **** the same, it doesn't matter...
