I found the woman in the hotel but i can t find the second one. the homeless is not where it should and i didn't find any thing in the first plague beareer.
I couldn 't enter in the place where a guy asks me if i am enlighted. i supose the number 2 is there.
please help, i m in hollywood and i have n t found yet?

Go to the anarch bar and leave again. Then talk to the first homeless person who comes walking towards you from the right and he will direct you further.

Go back to the hotel where you found the woman. There's a piece of paper there (should be on the bed), show it to the 'enlightened' fellow.

Thoe two people here have mentioned the first and third ones... not the second.

Go to Skyline apartments apartment 6 I think it is.

There is a sick women in the bedroom.

firstly the plague barers aren't in Hollywood .. all the plague barers are in the Downtown area .. there are more than 3, but you only have to deal with 3 of them ..

i) Jezabell Locke - in the Empire Hotel (5th Floor). You find out about her from the people of the 5th and 6th floors of the Skyline Hotel where the Anarch chick directs you .. you need to get her key from the front desk guy of the hotel ..

ii) Brother Kankers - the second plague barer is in the sewers .. after you kill Jezabell Locke head to the Last Round Bar .. tell the Anarch chick what you want, when you leave talk to any homeless person you can, there are a few throughout the city area (Downtown).. the homeless tell you to talk to Tin Can Bill .. he is in the alley opposite the Last Round Bar.. go for a jog down that alley and he will be standing next to a mini-skip bin on the right hand side of the alley.. Tin Can Bill tells you the guy/creature that has plagued him is coming from the sewers .. the entrence to the sewers is a few steps down the alley from where Tin Can Bill talks to you (its a load area entrance) ..

iii) Brother Vick (The Bishop) - the third is in the building where the black guy asks if "you have been enlightened?" This building has Sabat ? Symbols on the side of in red - you need a piece of paper/flyer to get past this guy .. someone in a previous post mentioned it on the bed of Jezabell Locke i think .. i didnt find it there.. i found it on the steps on the 2nd plague barer after i killed him ..

Man this quest has *bugged* the hell out of me, no pun intended. Okay, I did but any way..

Tin Can Bill wasn't where he should have been, but now I will just go to the sewers.

*Goes back to wasting another whole day to a computer game*

Where exactly *in the sewers* is the plaguebearer?

Remember that its not the 'real' sewers you have to go into, but a sewer grate a bit past Tin Can Bill, at the end of the alley. If you go to the normal Downtown sewers, you'll find nothing... I wasted at least 2 hours mucking around with my Ventrue for no real purpose.

I went back to the Locke, the 1st plaguebearer I killed as well as the sick girlfriend, and found no note to "enlighten" me, now did I find anything in the sewer- because it was the wrong one- who knows how long I would have kept trying- thanks!!

I wonder why Tin Can Bill disappeared before I talked to him?

I think you have to complete 2 of these things before the flyer shows up, then it will probobly show up on the last of the plauge barrers you kill.

bug?

ok, i've been working on this quest recently too. first off i killed jezabelle, and then headed for the sewers and killed the psycho down there, but when i try to come back out of the sewer, the game doesn't seem to load properly.......i see an aerial view of the downtown that quickly zooms out to almost nothing, and other than that just blackness. i can turn, and make it so i can't see the map (which has been reduced to mere pixels by this point) and i can attack, and use disciplines, but i can't even see my character or move or anything. is this a bug anybody else has come across?
