Hi...just received the Elizabeth Dane quest from Lacroix...I know I have to go back to Santa Monica to get on a boat to get to the ship...when I go to the beach all I see is Mercurio standing there with the other thin bloods..and no boat to take me to the Dane...is this a bug?...where is the boat to take me there or am I missing something?...the entrance to the Pier is still locked i nthe parking garage so I can't access that area...please help!

try just walking out towards the boat you see on the horizon... it may be that it just couldn't load the graphic for the little boat that's supposed to take you out there... beyond that, i have no idea

If you go to the beach and face the water with the fire behind you, you can walk into the water and jump into the boat. It might help some if your gamma settings are maxed in the options menu as the game is literally very dark. Regardless the boat is very hard to see.
