Book in Giovanni Mansion

Most problems I have revolve around not finding stuff. Guess you do need inspection, after all, if you don't want to run around like a chicken with his head cut off looking. Where is the book for the flesh-eater supposedly in the GIovanni Mansion? There was one door I couldn't open (need 10 lockpick)...other than that, I can't find it...

don't worry about exploring the actual mansion itself, the book is more towards the boss(es) in that level. after going through the bookcase/door and going down that hallway, you should come upon a room with a blodstained chair in the center and what appears to be medical equipment all around it. the book is on a counter nearby, just search around, you'll find it.
