I've spent the last couple hours, and I can't find the hengeyouki she wants. I've tried the fishmarket, but the door's locked and I can't pick it.

Tried searching the forums, but couldn't find anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

To the best of my feeble memory, you need to talk with the chinese vampire head lady and she will send you to the restaurant where there will be a man to talk to. He will send you to the fishmarket which is on the backstreet in Chinatown. She should be standing outside waiting on you. You may have to go back and talk to the girl in her shop first.
