If u talk to Mercurio the second time u meet him u eventually get to ask him bout vampires and sex. Hell tell u that male vampires cant have sex because they r dead ( so its technically impossiblle, the fluids and all that,getting it up - get my drift - : . On the other hand female vampires dont share the same problem so that's why they r more sexual active. Hope that cleares things up. This is what mercurio told me - i was playing a malkavian got the dialog option after asking bout jeanette

Well I guess beyond logic -the obvious thingie with being dead and the fluids and stuff- every1 with a minimal knowledge about vampires know they aren't seducing females for sexual purposes but more to make 'em their midnite snack
But as you're a malkavian I understand you can get caught in such self delusion about the ladies stud and all that jazz

On a sidenote, if you have 3 in seduction you can seduce the businessman
next to your haven in Santa Monica (regardless of your sex). He is the first male person to seduce, i have found.

I've played LARP (Live action role playing) for a while and I was explained that one blood point is like a viagra if needed. In the cam, upholding the masqurade is paramount, and if a male vampire is with a human, never being able to perform would not make sense, especialy since humans do have viagra now. Plus maybe some vampires use sex for mind games, perhaps a malk gets a derangement related to sex as well.

This does bring me to another question I have *not* had answered, I know if a vampire drinks afflicted blood, i.e, blood of a lush, or someone on a drug, they feel the effects.... if a vampire drinks the blood of someone on viagra....?

Well women also need some ammount of blood to rush to the genitalia to fully enjoy sexual pleasure, be it oral or otherwise, so I guess vampires are pretty bad off either way

So when Mercurio said that vampires 'can't or don't' I think the latter would apply. He also had his head bashed in by sufers, so I really didn't take to heart anything he said

I would assume that possibility is there, but the real passion/lust for vampires is blood. So I would assume there is a severe drop in the dependence/wanting of sex. I wouldn't think that vampires could actually reproduce and would at best be firing blanks, but I seriously doubt that the sexual abilities of vampires was at the top of the White Wolf teams list.

But technically, you need blood to be pumped to your arms to make your muscles work, or to your brain to give it oxygen. And yet you don't see vampires with mechanical limbs. Slight lack of logic there on the game creators' part.

In WhiteWolf's original RPG this was possible, as has been mentioned all a vamp needs to do is supply blood to the areas in need in order to make them sufficiently turgid, be they male or female.

For the PC game, i would have imagined it would have been simplified a bit, perhaps a quest for male vamps to seduce and have their way with an influencial lady, you would have to find a Viagra clinic, follow a patient home and feed on them.

Not sure if an permanent undead erection would (ahem) violate the Masquerade though
