Do all of you get weapons for your characters based solely on the damage they do? I for one certainly do not. For example, I have a fat Barbarian with a Ronok's Axe, while another uses the Katana in LadyGrey's bedroom. Another uses Huw The Giant's sword, and so on.

i always use ronok the axe to but i am going to go to bowerstone north when i get some more money because i heard you can purchase a weapon that is more powerful than the axe.

I personally just beat the game with one of my charachters then use the Sword of Aeons

i now use the solus.

i use weapons based on what my character is for my magic guy i used the stick for the entire game then i made one guy witth assassin sarmor that was my ninja so he only use kataneas and so on so forth

My weapon choices depend on what and where I am fighting. Light and fast weapons like the Katana Hyrui or Huw's sword when dealing with fast moving mobs. For trolls and Minions I break out the Solus or Murrens Greathammer. With slow time and berserk they are lethal. But my preference most of the time is Skorm's Bow mixed with slowtime.

It was not until my 3rd character that I began using weapons according to the enemy and according to my guy..... the 1st 2 I used the heavy stuff as soon as I could throught the entire game

I'm now playing my 4th dude who is a tiny assassin with no magic, only longsword and bow
