Attribute Boost Before Level-Up?

So, I know that your Wisdom and Charisma modifiers add to the number of force points you gain at level-up, but I was wondering if you use one of the Valor force powers to boost your attributes, and thusly your Wisdom and Charisma modifiers, before leveling up, will you gain more force points because of this boost or is the number of force points gained based only on your base attributes not affected by Valor? Any responses would be greatly appreciated.
