Ok, this is a lame question...where is my 2nd mailbox??i cant find it i've searched all skyline apartamentes with no luck..eh

It's located at the right side of the elevator on the first floor.

He means the mailbox in the second haven.

Is it different depending on which clan you play? I play Ventrue

As a Ventrue, you have to suck up to LeCroix until he gives you one. There is another topic here somewhere that discusses when you get your second haven and where they are located.
