weird receipe with the ogrim "king"?

So I ended up into this cave near Gnisis. There were dead smugglers and an orgim guy who was supposedly their king. So I killed 'em and found this weird receipe that involved numerous ingredients. Now I've collected some but where can I find (if at all)

1. Skyrim Ice
2. Winged Twilight Membrane

Is it possible to actually create something with the cauldron or am I just wasting my time?

I am not sure.. about those stuff.. i realy dont think that it is possible..

If you've got the Complete Morrowind mod installed, then yes, you're able to make quite a few recipes. If you don't, it's just for local flavor. ;)
