What is the metalhead access card used for? I found it in my mailbox.

The Metalhead card was sent to you by Mitnik (you should have an email on it). Metalhead Industries is where you need to go to activate Mitnik's third hub. Don't be seen. Don't kill anybody. Don't expect it to be near as easy as the Downtown theatre.
