Atton influence

I read yesterday that someone had discovered infinite influence with Atton, involving the speeder on Nar'shaddar (sp?). I've been looking around for the post, but I cant remember the name of the thread. So I'm just asking-what did you have to do to get the infinite influence with Atton there?
