I just completed Telos and i'm wondering which planet i should travel to next? Which planet has the quickest way to a lightsabre? Any suggestions?

Go to Dantooine- (spoilers) and after you rescue and guy from the sub-level of the enclave (the ruins of the Jedi enclave), go back and speak with him and he'll sell you the remaining parts to a lightsabre (I think..the parts were for me, anyway), and then when you complete the main quest for Dantooine (only a smidgen later) you get another lightsabre, and then on other planets you'll get so many lightsabres, you can equip everyone with atleast one lightsabre.

But a piece of advice (as a bonus ), when you receive a lightsabre, I belive its randomly chosen between a single hilt and a double hilt (and a Short lightsabre!!!), so eg on Dantooine, when after you kill the invading mercenaries and save Dantooine, save the game and then talk to the Jedi master there, and he'll give you a lightsabre, and if it's one you dont want-reload and then talk to him again, untill you get the type of hilt you want.

what i did was begin with korriban, sure I got my ass kicked in the tomb and the academy, but when it was all said and done, (which in itself took little time) I ended up with the lightsaber from Visas when I returned to my ship.

Fastest saber

According to what I read, if you get your light or dark side up to 25% then Visas will appear on your ship, which will trigger a saber if you can defeat her.
I myself got my first saber from Visas after my first planet (korriban) soon after I was able to build one.

I took Dantooine as my first planet after this as well.

When I had all items to create my lightsaber I got the question if I wanted it to be a 2-handed or 1-handed one. So that gave me the option to chose. I was pleased with that influense.

I went to Dantooine first and got all the materials I needed there after saving Master Vrook. Then it gave me the option of a single-bladed or double-bladed light sabre. My personal preferrence is double-bladed, but I got two-weapon and improved two-weapon fighting right off the bat.

I went to Dantooine first but then figured I must be missing something on Nar Shaddaa so I went back (and I was missing the whole Mira thing) but on my way back I met up with Visas before I ever actually set foot on Dantooine. Then I went back to Dantooine and got the second one from Vrook. I fortunately got the double-bladed one right away, except I bought the purple crystal off of one of the traders in Dantooine, and then the one Vrook gave me had the purple crystal anyway.

I went to Onderon next, and I still have to go to Korriban. It's been really hard not taking off work just to play, but I've fought the urge.

whichever planet you travel to you will recieve your light saber. it doesnt matter which planet. the parts will be there, on dxun i was finding lightsaber parts in cannok guts. the best place to go though (IMHO) is dantooine, just make sure you have lots of stat buffs so you can complete the defend quest there to a high degree.

From all the other postings I have read at Obsidian, Ign and gamefaqs, I am leaning towards Nar Shaada to get two of the NPCs for your party. As well, it is possible to get your lightsaber constructed by that planet depending on your actions.

I chose Nar Shaddaa simply becasue i wanted to get Mira and Go-To in my party before i went to Korriban
