how can I get the armor from Heather? I did save her at the hospital and now she is in my apartment downtown but she won't give me the body armor, the only thing I can get from her is the silver ring and some cash.
How do I get the Body armor?? Please tell me!

You'll have to wait until very late in the game, and be nice to her all the way through. Precise part where you obtain the armor is in spoiler text: (Right before you hit the Sabbat at the Hotel Hallowbrook.)

I ran into an oddity here. When I returned to my haven just before doing the Sabat quest, Heather was gone already, so I never got the armor she gives. I think it's because I had already bought the heavy leather armor in Chinatown. Anyone else ever encounter this?

Thanks, but I actually just finished that game. I wonder if it has to do with my character being a Tremere. Before this I ran into a bug with twin Heathers, one in my old haven in Santa Monica, and another in my new haven in the Chantry. I checked both and no Heather anywhere. I didn't have either of these problems with my first two playthroughs (Malkavian, Gangrel), so I was just wondering...

I also just realized that the other major difference between this playthrough and the first two was that I was using dan_upright's unofficial Bloodlines patch. Wonder if that was the cause. Guess I'll have to play one more time & experiment

To get the armor from heather, you need to see her *after* you finish the society of leopold quest and *before* you speak to LaCroix. The moment LaCroix asks you to destroy the Sabbat, Heather will be gone and you'll have lost your only chance to get the armor.

ahhhhh!!! it all makes sence now!
after i finished the society of Leopold quest, i was unable to speak to lacroix, it was because that i needed to get the armor first...

But is there anything else I can get from her? Can I make her fight for me or something? That would be nice

She brings you somebody to feed on once in the game, and you can occassionally feed on her as well. Besides that, the body armor, and the aforementioned ring and money, that's it.

I used to feed on her... then I moved to Downtown´s loft and I couldn´t feed on her anymore

From what I know, you can only feed on her at the end of certain conversations with her- ones that don't begin with just "Master?"

OK, that was the problem. First couple of times through I went back to my haven before seeing LaCroix; this time around I went to see LaCroix first...
