How high can you get your skills?

How high can you get your strength, luck, speed etc.? Can you go over 100?

Through the normal level-up process, you can get each of your skills up to 100. Beyond that, you can get them almost infinitely high through enchanted items and potions. As an example, for best results while enchanting items, you would want to have an intelligence of 1000+, which is easily obtainable through potions. However, when the potions wear off, your skills will drop down to what they were before. Many items in the game have a constant effect of raising your abilities, but you are limited in raising them manually through level-ups to 100.
