Calo Nord a no-show (spoilers)

I've just came back up after getting the Manaan star map. This is my second, after Dantooine. Previously my second map was Tatooine or Kashkyyyk, and I've fought Calo. This time he failed to appear.
EDIT: Just faced him. Difference this time was I went back throught the door opposite the the one you come out of to go to the harvester controls. Last time I backtracked to the point I entered the underwater section.
