There are a few items that offer "Immunity:mind-affecting" Exactly how far does this immunity go? Stun, fear, insanity, paralysis, etc? Or just a better saving throw?
Thanks!

From what I saw used on my party, it does exactly what it sez... protects you against "mind-affecting" powers and even concussion grenades. My fav PC is a soldier-guardian, so he has got pretty bad saves.
"Mind affecting" would mean the entire line of 1)stun-stasis-stasis field 2)fear-horror-insanity. Despite having bad saves, never got stunned from a concussion grenade or going insane.
However, got choked... I mean "killed"!
Pretty useful to have mind affecting immunity. One of the reasons why I dun go for the sentinel. Gonna have the immunity from items anyway.

Immunity items make you immune to stun, fear, horror and insanity. That's all Stasis and Stasis field are considered paralysis powers (meaning sentinals would be immune to them at 12th level and beyond.)
