Here is the story.... When my first lightsaber was mentioned i chose a silver double-sided one is there any way i can get a silver crystal?
When i built my lightsaber i had a green crystal.

The only effect your choice of lightsaber style/color when talking to Atton has is in the video of the Jedi Council exiling you, and I think you see Atris with it at one point. When you make your new one, you choose a crystal from those you have. If you have none, I think it automatically goes to the color of your Jedi class. I had crystals the first two times I made my new ones, but the third time I did not. I automatically had a green one, and green was the color of the Jedi Consular, which was my class. Not sure if it does this for every job.

Yes, you may find a silver crystal in random loot.

What you could do is save before you talk to merchants and then reload until they have a silver crystal. This takes a while but you know...

I think it's probably random, but I got my silver crystal somewhere on Dantooine--either the cave or the scavenger woman selling loot from the remains of the Jedi Enclave.

k ill try her( i dont think i ve checked her store) also if someone could could someone please tell me where the override terminal is for the missle bay?

For the torpedo? It's in the same room a little bit away from the torpedo itself.

I found my silver crystal from the merchant geeda on Nar Shadda after the "trade wars" sidequest.

I've also found a bronze crystal somewhere on Dantooine

You can buy stuff from that old woman on Dantoonie? She just shrugs me off after i did that "picking up the bodies quest".
