i dont know who else has came over this but when you receive the quest the mandalorian guard captain tells you he doesnt think you can beat the zarrak (i actually dont know if thats the real name lol) blah blah blah, so i go beat the zarrak and i get its ear, i take it back to the guard captain and theres no way for me to give the ear to him, or to tell him that i destroyed it, i checked the journal entry and it just says "Dxun:" and its completly blank, anyone else have this problem and discover a way to get around it?

This happened to me, too, because Darvel or whatever his name was died. It's an aggravating glitch.

it isn't a glitch. when they say "mandalorian guard", they mean the one in the camp, directly to the right of the mandalorian guide who can take you back to your ship. they don't mean the mandalorian guards outside the camp around the fire with stealth. hope this helps.

I know. I convinced Davrel to fight it with me instead of me fighting him. Davrel died. The journal says "Dxun:" and I cannot turn in the zaikkeg ear to the captain for the quest.

Tell Mandalore instead.

You can't. When you talk to Mandalore, he'll list off all the things you've done around the base to help out, and the only thing you can tell him about individually is blowing the charges on the cache and fighting the Bomas afterwards. Regardless, I'm well beyond that now and it doesn't matter all that much.

I just killed the zarrek with Davrel on LS just run faster than davrel my character did force jump so i was infront of the beast annd Davrel just shot at it with a blaster so it didn't hurt davrel at all.
