Characters Question

I'm almost done with the game, but on the character selection screen, I still am missing one. It's the box above Mira. Who is it?
If I'm not mistaken, that's HK-47. You have to find all four parts to repair him, they're scattered about. They can also appear randomly in merchants' inventory.
If I am mistaken, then it's G0-T0 (highlight to see)
