What's your favorite lightsaber color (in the game) and what are the rarest ones? I like my cyan but I really want silver

for me its the combo of two sabers, I like bronze and yellow.

I like violet...cyan looks cool on disciple because he is also wearing holy armor which is blue so he looks cool

Silver doesn't seem that big of a deal for me. It's just a white blade. I guess I still like violet the best (I am a Northwestern University fan after all), but I haven't seen bronze or cyan yet. Orange just looked silly, as far as I'm concerned, and I always hate using the standard red/green/blue/yellow.

I couldn't find silver anywhere so I just used Cyan.

The only colors I had were blue, yellow, violet, orange, red, and green.

I'm currently using viridian.

lol. all of mine are red. i think it compliments my black robes. i guess silver could work too.. i have like... 4 silver crystals.. but still.. red reigns superior. any light color like blue cyan yellow green or what not is just gay. and light jedi robes are gay. cause there brown. and gay looking. and they make my character look gay. lol. politically incorrect. im sorry for all you gay people... no i seriously am... i just couldnt find a better adjective.

Where did you find all of those silver crystals i only found two and they were at the end of the game

Finding lightsaber crystals is completely random, just like all other items in the game. I never even saw a cyan or bronze one, but had two or three each of silver and violet.

(Still don't understand the obsession with silver, it's just a white lightsaber...)

I have to go with silver, I think it looks awesome, I am dual saber and using silver and meridian, I only got the silver at the end of the game which sucked!

I use the purple for my double-bladed one. I used my silver one for Mira, and then gave some of the other funky colors to Atton and Disciple.

I got the silver crystal on telos on one of the merchants which was awesome!
But you must know that the items are randomized each game so if your lucky you'll get one in the beginning.

hrmmm... I just use the one that's in the lightsaber when I get it. Shrug.

For a light-sider, I like the white blade. To me, it's kind of like the antithesis to the red sabers you see not-so-very often in this game. Have you ever noticed how few dark jedi you face, and how weak some of them are? I haven't played a dark side character yet, despite that fact that I really like them. I don't like the dual-wield. It seems very toned-down in this game.

Well most of the "sith" *cough*bad jedi's*cough* are on Malachor 5. I thought they said in the game that the jedi are few now so the evil jedi should be few also? Fighting jedi's are so easy because force crush actually kills them with one hit, but with like sith commando's it took two.

I've gone with a silver/bronze combination. I thought that combination looked pretty *****in! (i believe i got the bronze in the tomb on Korriban)

But still, there's something to be said about a red blade....I remember growing up watching Star Wars and thinking....if i ever saw Vader storming into a dark room with that red blade of his....I'd have to change my pants it's the whole intimidation factor that goes along with that color. I mean, one of the guys I work with has been playing a "diet coke of evil" sith maurader, with a violet double lightsaber and it just cracks me up.

Some people asked how to get a silver crystal the easiest and most sure way of getting one is on Nar Shadaa. (SPOILER)The two merchants. The weapons dealer(I believe his name is Oondar or something like that) asks you to get rid of the merchant across the street and he'll give you really good deals on his stuff. So you go to the other merchant(I believe this ones name was Looga or something?) and tell that merchant what Oondar asked you to do so he says that if Oondar will give you a realliy good deal then so will he. So you go tell Oondar and he's like well I'll tell the exchange about you so you can get that meeting by catching their attention if you go get rid of Looga. So then you go tell Looga and Looga will say that he can't compete with that. He'll say all he can promise you is if you stick with him and establish trade routes with Onderon and Dantooine then he can get you really good stuff. So you need to beat Dantooine and Onderon. Then if you come back to Looga he'll show you all these cool new items and crystals. One of these crystals is a silver one and he has a few others like opila, etc...So unless you want to wait clear till the end of the game and hope you get one then this is the only way to get one unless by the random placement of them throughout the game you get one at telos or somewhere.

Are you sure this isn't random as well? I don't recall for certain (as I got a silver early), but I'm not sure I saw a silver there in my game. I think most if not all of the vendors are random.

No the silver crystal on Nar Shadaa always stays the same from the times I've played it and from hearing from friends of mine. But I guess we could just keep getting lucky or something?
