Can't Travel To Windspear

I have met Firkrag in the Copper Coronet and he asked me to go to Windspear. Windspear has appeared on my map, but I can not travel to it. What am I missing?
You have to go the gate(?!?) district and walk out from the city gates. Then the map'll be available.
