when you download a mod, and save it to desktop or whatever, then what do you do with it.

i do and brings up a thing saying windows can not locate the file, then there is 2 options serch for it manuly or do it automaticly using the internet, if you do it automaticly is opens this: <?xml-stylesheet version="1.0" type="text/xsl" href="../PageTemplate.xsl"?>

do you have WinRAR or WinZIP? because its probly just saying you dont have any thing to open the file with. WinRAR or WinZIP will probly be able to open the file

put the mod/file in your Bloodlines directory. Then run/extract

default is:

You need winrar or winace to open the file.
Both are free downloads like winzip.
