This is very simple goto the Chapel of Skorm then teleport 2 Oakvale hire the mercenary teleport back to the Chapel of Skorm now wait until the little timer in the top right of the screen is half way along in the last night section (u can recognise this section as it is the last black segment before the whiteish-blue 1 and has a white dot in it) then sacrifice the mercenary and you will get the bow.....along with about 490 evil points

Oh jeez... another late tip...
Almost every Fable tricks are found 4 days after it's release.
And about that, I don't think so.

At 100% good:
500 Evil Points = Gift of Life.
1000 Evil Points = Skorm's Bow
1000+ Evil Points = "Necromancer" Title
You don't really have to sacrifice those two to get the bow, I sacrificed 11 villagers at 98 points each, still got it.

sorry didnt no....but i dont think thats right my pure evil character sacraficed about 6 bandits and i didnt get it but i made a little mistake i forgot to mention that your hero must be good (not pure good just good to sum degree) then u r garanteed the bow
