Windspear Hills

Is there a reason why I can't travel to windspear hills? it's just gray on my map and it won't let me click it.
If you have already been out of the city and have got a quest to go to a area that is grayed out this is a bug, but not a hard one to get around .Just go to the nearest area( in this case Trademeet)and leave from different side of the town.If you cannot get to Trademeet go to Nalia's Castle and leave from each side of the screen.
