Access the appartement in downtown ??

Please i need some Information/Help. I am playing a Ventrue. After having some missions in Downtown done the Prince gave me one of those Appartements in Sky~. It's the Building where i have been before many times to do serveral quests. From the time i got the private appartement i can't access the elevator anymore. I can get into the building, also open my postbox but not use the elevator button anymore.

If anyone knows if this is an already known bug, or if it's normal please help me. My Ghoul is in there and i need my emails to do quests for the Nosferatu

well u could get in the appartment from basement ... spoiler ahead : in the in room were is the computer u will see an opening to ventilation system ... get in there and climb to your apartment

... hope u get what i want to say

after that u shoud be able to use the elevater to came aout and use it again and again ... it worked for me

Thanks a bunch, worked fine. Unfortunately i'm already too far to finish some of the "e-mail quests"
