when i am equipped whith keening or sunder i loose all my life. why??? and what is wraitguard??

They drain health due to the fact you do not have wraithguard.

MORE SPOILERS:

Wraithguard is a powerful dwemner gauntlet that allows you to use sunder and keening without draining health. When you become neverarine and hortator, you speak with vivec and he will give you wraithguard.
