Looking for that girl

Greetings! Can anyone tell me, where is a dark-haired lady in a tight dress with a intricate bracer on her arm and tatoo of a dragon on her back can be found? She also has dark paint around her eyes on some pics. Who is that character?
You can see her on some screenshots and wallpaper, and a game's cover, I believe, but I haven't seen her in a game, so it seems.
Please, someone tell me who she is and where she can be found. I even looked through dialog files in game's folder- but saw only familiar names there.

Can you link me to a picture? I'm too lazy to find it myself, but I've played through the game many a time, so if she's there, I'll be able to tell you.

Third wallpaper, she is looking asian here. Though I haven't seen her, for instance, in a Chinatown, I believe

Here she is as well, and

That's her too, as well.
Also I saw her pic somewhere else, but there she wasn't asian-looking and she had a paint around her eyes - still it was definetly her.
I'm thinking she is kinda abandoned model for some char... Hope is not, though. She looks great, imho.

I think I might recognize her... or at least the closest looking person to her. Highlight to read, spoilers.
It looks *vaguely* like Ming Xiao, the head of the LA Kueij-Jin, in my opinion. She's the most important Asian character in the game, so that would fit as well. Seeing as how the game Jeannette doesn't really match the *real* Jeanette, Ming might not look exactly like this one, but close enough, imo.

Logically - yes, you are right. But in fact, the character you've named has another eye-color, has no bracers and a different face features. Thus, I'm not sure what to think... Probably you are right, and then these pic's are just an abandoned concept.
Thank you

Aye, Ming Xiao it is. I believe I remember seeing an earlier screenshot of her somewhere where her hair wasn't pulled back. Looked much better if you ask me.
