Which one do you think is better for this game?

PC because I can't imagine playing RPGs on a consol. And because of the possibility to mod the game. And because I don't intend to buy a consol - not now and not in 2 or 3 years.

I can't imagine how someone can play a first person game with a keyboard, so I vote for the box

Definitely PC. I like mods. Lots of mods.
And using a keyboard is second nature to us oldies, Maxima. You younguns are the ones who have trouble.
Cheers,

While I do defer to those with the "exhalted member" handle, for my two-cents worth, I think that as long as you are enjoying the gaming experience, whether X-box, PC, or whatever, that is what is truly important...Take the Game for what it is worth, no matter what the forum...and ENJOY!!!

I honestly think this is a tough question. The modding makes PC VERY nice, but the controls are so intuitive on xBox. I love them both. I'll have to say PC though since the current xBox can't handle ES:4(though Iheard rumors that a patent app has been filed for xBox2
).

PC. There are 4000+ mods for MW on the PC, and 0 for the Xbox. You do the math.

PC may have mods, but a true ES fan wouldn't get mods, and anyway the box controller is way better than a keyboard

LOL! That reminds me of the third Monkey Island game, and the pirate captain's story about how "real men don't bend their knees to lift up heavy objects."
I know you're joking.
...and anyway the box controller is way better than a keyboard
Sure! Just type "hello" using the controller, and I'll completely agree.

I played the game once, on pc and I loved it. But wasn't planning on replaying, at least not anytime soon. Then I discovered mods. My goodness! There's so many ways to improve, renew and change your gaming experience!

My modded Morrowind has so many new quests and changes on it that it's easily twice as long. Wouldn't do without mods.

I like MW for the pc, the possibilities are endless. Mods make it possible to keep playing with new items, quests and lands, sort of like the neverending story

[/QUOTE]With my original character, I had to delete it because the file was too big and it kept crashing. And Fable, yes I was joking since I have only played Morrowind for 2-3 months probably less.
I am not a true ES fan. But as for controller, it is so much more simpler and efficient than the big, bulky keyboard.

Simpler, yes. Efficient--no.
I played KotoR first on the Xbox, then on the PC, and there was far less clicking and moving across rows of screen buttons on the PC than on the Xbox. I found the console controls extremely limiting. But each to their own.

I have a set of rules for games, which are:
Strategy=Computer
RPG=Console
BTW Fable, post once more and you get 18000!!! And I only play strategy and RPG games

Still going on about mods fable?
Thought I'd got away when I moved to SYM, but no! I pop in on Oblivion, and what to I get? More Mods
Personally I would love to try ES on a PC, but on my pc, thats not gunna happen, so it's a box for me

The Box, the Box!
The reason for my choice is that my computer sucks, and that it would never play any game, like, ever.

You do know that Bethsoft has promised the MW modding community the same construction set as before, but enhanced by new commands, including those that control AI and pathing? Did you
really think you could ever escape?
