Hard to role-play, but...
This is a lo(o)n(i)er
raised as a Paladin (lvl2), she lost her parents in a raid on the paladins keep and became distrustful of the gods. In her mourning she sought shelter in a monastery, but the resrictive ways couldn't calm the fury, which grew out of her loss, leaving her at the lowest level (1). In fact she learned to channel her anger in a barbarian tribe gaining some of their skills (lvl2), but beeing treated as an outsider lets her leave. She had to resort to things she wouldn't even had considered in her earlier life, becomming somewhat rougish (1lvl).
Seeing what has become of her, she left the so called 'zivil' society, studying nature to regain her balance, unfolding her true power (druid 24). Now is the time to bring balance to the rest of the world, whether they want it or not!

spells
SHAPESHIFTING (Elemental Half-Dragon, this is it!)
As Elemental Half-Dragon your damage roll will be:
2d6+4 + Str. modifier*1.5+(4*3d6 elemental damage) topping out at 100+
(the Half-Dragon wields a longsword, profession-wise, but damage-wise it's a greatsword 2d6). Take a point in bastard swords(exotic) as well, to gain critical range of 13-20 by using Know thy Family as an offhand weapon (gives permanent executioners eyes) + impr. crit longsword.
In a normal game level squatting or CLUA will be needed to gain lvl 30.
On creation:
Human
Wisdom: max (or at least 17) + Level up bonus goes here
Charisma: positive bonus gives + to saves (take odd number as you gain an item of +3 = even -> best bonus)
Dexterity: 14-16 (depends, if you want ambidex go 15; even number is preferred as it got substracted by 1 through holy transference + item +5 =even -> best bonus)
Constitution: 8-10 (better if you manage to drop something else)
Strength: 10-13 (you have to carry stuff and if you want cleave, which you will -> 13
Intelligence: as you like (higher gives more skill points -> needed for cc skills like open/search/disarm)
whooosh, that got long, I hope you can at least some of this put to good use
