As I am playing a Multiplayer game in order to have 6 characters that I like, I sent Yaheira away at the beginnig. Can i find her anywhere later on, cause I would like to solve her personal quest, too.

You can find her in the dock district near the harper's compound but be aware that any custom character you kick out of your party to get jaheira are gone for good.
