HK 47 bug?

I'm not sure what I have done but somehow I have managed to make HK 47 stop responding to me and following me around when he is in my party... the only way I can initiate convosation is when I am HK 47 and try to talk to my main character.... I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem... Cause I have repaired him fully... (as far as you can before his memory is fully restored) and I want him in my squad. It happened in the Tomb with The ex- sith leader... anyone no how to solve my problem??? :S
