Is there anyway i can get rid of the corpus disease effects like the minus strength and stuff without losing my blight and common disease resistantance, and is there anywhere i can get the Tribunal.esm withouth buying the expansion itself

Follow the main plot and you'll be able to cure the disease (apparently. My PC is chasing the cure at the moment).

And no, you need to buy the game to get all the components. Don't ask about theft on these forums - because that is what you are talking about.

Disease effects

i know i can cure the disease itself and then get the 100% resist blight and 100% resist common disease, but for some reason my strength, agility, intelligence, and a few others are still in red and have like 2-5 points subtracted at all times

You might have another form of disease, or you might have been cursed etc. I would go to an altar or shrine to get yourself healed, cure everything just to make sure, it's cheap so you don't have to worry.

When you pray at a Temple shrine, pick the "Almsivi Intervention" choice, it cures all stat draining effects. This choice is usually only offered at Tribunal shrines (so look for them in temples) or in tomb shrines (I forget the name of the saint though).
