is it jusm me or dob you really have to have the lockpicking skill to finish the game???
and one more, where is the tome of the semi-senile old elf in the quest to bring ambassador brotholion(?) to the council of seven?? or isn't the third item the tome???

I think it is, yes.

I don't recall ever needing to find a tome for the Council quests.

she didn't drop a staff??? she dropped 2 items called "elven ceremonial item" and that's it. I have double checked and it seems that it was a bug, so i can't finish the game, too bad
