bug in the delryn estate?

does anyone know how to fix this problem?
i was doing nalia's quest for slaughtering the trolls when anomen blabbered about her sister. then i though ow damn forgot to go to the goverment district.
so then i delayed the nalia quest and gone to the goverment destrict, when i wanted to enter the delryn estate, the game crashed at the loading screen...
