How would i post a link? i undrstand that you can post the actual |http://www.XXXNaughtyXXX.com| kinda link, but how can u rename the link so that it is able to click upon but it reads "Link" or whatever

don't know where that link will take anybody, but it doesn't look like something this site would approve of. You may want to think this one over.
As for a link, you just have to type it in.

Well, highlight the word you'd like others to click on to trigger the link, and "Insert hyperlink" with the Globe button above the message composing box. That easy.

you sure about that B?
it's simple there's a little button under Color that reads insert hyperlink if you put your mouse cursor on top of it and then click it, and then a little window appears where you put what you want others to see and after that pops up another window that is the actual address of the site you want the link to direct others
