Who is the guy in the Cafe?? *Possible Spoiler*
Okay so im in San Amonica, and enter the cafe near the club.
Now, im just messing about and i hit the guy near the corner, ( hes there until, the Thungs take his place) the screen goes blank and then he transforms into the Gangrel War Form??
Who is he????

he`s the murderer from carnival of death quest, he also shines dark purle on auspex which means he`s a vamp

As a related question, can you actually learn anything in the conversation you have with him? Rather, is there any actual point to it except for seeing this mysterious vampire?

I don't believe you can, actually. He's got that NPC invulnerability thing going at this point. So, while he'll do actual harm to you, he doesn't actually take any real damage. I'm pretty sure, anyway. I've only tested it once, and that was long ago, by accident.
