I need help

I am having major problems finding the archcanon in Vivec, I've allready spoke to Dansul Indules and he said to meet him around the east chapel of high fane..
1) I can't find east chapel,
2) I've been looking for 3 days to find the archcanons private quarters
can anyone help me.... I probably need this broken down kindergarden style or something.....

I think the door is locked and you have to use a pick, although this is in Vivec. Might not be the Archcannon but certainly someone high up in the ALMSIVI Church.

Okay, the office that you're looking for is in the High Fane. In a room in the west side of the chapel, there is a door that leads to the Archcanon's private quarters. There is also a back entrance to his office in either the Hall of Justice or the Hall of Wisdom, can't remember which one, sorry. to get in the LEGAL way, you have to get the key to his office, which comes to you if you follow the main storyline. The illegal way is to pick the door or cast a spell. Bewarned! This IS ILLEGAL and you WILL GO TO JAIL IF YOU ARE CAUGHT!!!
