Okay, for some of the sidequests, I followed exactly as the walkthrough says, and I still can't complete them. Are they glitches or am I doing something wrong?

1. Telos--Entertainment 081, Lt. Grenn
a) the smuggling quest: I've got the list from the merchant, but when I return, all he says is "So you've returned" and there was no dialogue for me...
b) fuel: I've asked the Hutt on Nar Shadaa for fuel, and he agreed. But still, Grenn only says "So you've returned"
possible explanation: I did the smuggling quest after going to the secret academy, after he found out that I snunk out to the surface, though I see no mention of it in the walkthrough

2. Nar Shadaa--Docks
The quest with assigning the freighters: It always says "assigning authority restricted to <whatever the Twlik's (sp) called> even though I talked to him and got permission to do so...
possible explanation: I mesed around with the power console before getting the quest... no mention of that either in the wt

Also... is there anyway to not gain darkside points for the reuniting the couple on Nar Shadaa when killing the thugs in the front door? (I paid a small fee when I first came in)

1a) are you talking about the quest where you're supposed to catch the smuggler? If so, I think you have to show the Modified Holdout Blaster to Lt. Grenn first. That's the one you get when you get attacked at the docks on the first mission that the Ithorians give you. I'm not sure if you get it when you do missions for Czerka. I've never helped them.

1b) I think I tried something like that early too. For some reason I think that you can't complete that quest until very near the end of the game. When you go back to Citadel station just before you board Darth Nihilus' ship.

2a) What did you do at the power console when you messed with it? I think that you either have to optimize power so that all three pylons are getting equal power, or you need to give power to one pylon at a time and optimize from the respective pylon.

2b) I'm surprised you can pick up DS points reuniting those two. When are you picking up the DS points? If it's when you go to get rid of the guards, then my guess is that you're picking a dialogue option that seems a little too eager pick a fight. I don't know for sure though. I don't think I've received DS points there.

1a) For the smuggler's quest, I did show the blaster to Grenn, then to the merchant. And I've got the smuggling list, but I just can't talk to Grenn about it...

2) I just sent power to one of consoles
3) The closest I got was asking why the man (don't remember his name) couldn't pay the entrance fee to see the woman, and there was no more dialogue after that one, so I had to fight... the LS points I received from the quest couldn't even out the DS... (but I did get a double-bladed lightsaber, so that's good)

With the pylons quest, use a person with high Computer skills (Bao-Dur) and use the console next to Fassa. There should be an option to use some spikes to send power to all 3 pylons. The quest should then be finished.
