Missing NPC Problem

The orc mage in the balmora mages guild is missing.I believe this is a bug because it happened in my previous games.But if I remember correctly I need her for some quest...I'm on PC so any console typing would be handy to overcome this problem,I haven't use console before so could someone tell me how to do it step by step?
Is it too much?

There is, indeed a console command to reinsert any dead or missing NPC's, but (for the third time in history now
) I'm affraid I have once again misplaced the paper with it written down. You could probably find it with a search, but I'm more than certain that SOMEBODY here knows it by heart.

PlaceAtPC. Had to use it once when an NPC associated with The Trouble with Millie mod vanished.
Syntax:
PlaceAtPC "xxxxx" 1,5,1
This will place the NPC XXXXX 5 units in front of you.

Well as for that character... if you have talked to certain people in Balmora you and everyone else should know that the she is training necromancy. Who dont like necromancy? that faction would be temple.
So unite those two facts.. and then think about her mysterius disapearence.
