AC - abb. Aqua-Chan
ACE - abb. Anonymus Clementine Eaters, see clementine cult.
Aegis - The Fishslapper, a lower God who has the favour of Fable in his mission to avoid evil spam and flaming. Former lord of Spam, responsible for the Counting incident of SYM. Often known to give out 'sagely' advice. Has an affinity to Togas. Is known for sleeping with fishes. Holder of a SYM Lifetime Achievement Award.
AFAIK - abb. As Far As I Know
AFK - abb. Away From Keyboard
Anti-male potion - First brewed in the Spam story by Fiona and DW. This potion causes any male in the vicinity to suffer... *cough* a diminished "stature" if he so much as has a single impure thought about a woman. Such impure thoughts include, but are not limited to, wishes for beatings, sexual favours, or lustful desires of any variety.
Aqua-Chan - Daughter of Weasel, childbearer of his children. Misguided Defender of Anomen. Author of the SYM Geneology Thread. Person most responsible for BS's obscene post count. Known to parade about in a catsuit. DF contributor. Founder of AC's Bar and Grrrrl, one of the most frequented taverns. Plays hard to get for BS, denying her interest in him while all the while secretly rejoicing at the attention he showers her. Even created a homosexual male second personality with a crush on him to indulge her urges when they got to strong to control.
ARcheR_S_ - Former account for Sytze before an unfortunate series of events.

B
Bassie - Also known as Banned Bassie. The first member to invoke the firey wrath of Buck. Often heard utter the phrase 'Before you ban me again..." His famous last words: Banned Baasie
B-day - abb. Birthday
BE - A philosophy rendered during the Middle Ages of SYM, through combined musings and thoughts of Aegis and Bloodstalker. The state of mind was quickly adopted, and refined by the Tunnel Dweller, BS, and turned into a way of life. Frequently, any solution could be come to via the state of 'BE'. It holds no strict doctrine of thought or practice, but is unique and individual to each. Simply put, once you know you can BE.
BG - abb. Baldurs Gate
Black Talon - A Merc army, lead by Demo, and used by Heathens.
Bloodstalker - 1. The master of Lurkers, who owns some of the best spam lines around, and who have taught CM how to behave around the Dark Flames Girls. 2. A man with a very wrong type of relationship with a male bear called Buzzy, and a lover of wild turkey. 3.He can only offer that what passes for a fitting relationship with such animals in Fas' mind can only be described as illegal in all states save the possibility of West Virginia and perhaps Montana. 4. Womanizer who preys on noob girls coming to the boards for his entertainment. Has a complex that causes him to insist that he is the so called "Lord of Lurkers" despite having a freakishly massive post count due largely in part to spamming threads. Runs around sewers spying on men and women in their personal rooms for his sick enjoyment. He is also the head of L.I.A.R. He is known to have been in posession of naked pictures of Fas. Awarded as SYM's Funniest Member.
Boring - CM's anti-DF tavern. This place is open once again for non-alcoholoic drinks meaning only tea. There is no bar. No hugging and no sexual acts of perversion.

Brynn - The most harassed female SYMier ever. Everyone loves her, of course, and she is a glorious member of the Heathens. Also one of the most enjoyable female members to exist here on GameBanshee. She's a very capable moderator with a heart of gold and a spirit radiating with joy.
BS - abb. Bloodstalker

Buck Satan - Owner of the GameBanshee Forum. Holder of a SYM Lifetime Achievement Award.
Buzzy - the most unfortunate bear to ever walk the face of the earth.

Capybara - The world's largest rodent these days, can weigh approximately 200lbs and usually habits the South-America. Trained and used as an army by LD long time ago but have been since then released to the wild.
CE - abb. C_Elegans
C_Elegans - A very smart person who is always out-debating ik (ik-note: hey, I'm an honest guy, sometimes). Also a member of GB, Diablo forum moderator, and Sage of psychology, biology, and human passion.
Citadel, The - abb. Heathen Citadel
Chan - abb. Chanak
Chanak - Long-time member of GameBanshee. A famed writer in the GB boards and has sent meny a SYM denizen to his crocodile pit. Famous for DF character Thalimon and "Hill of the Skull" story. A possible cat owner.
Chrissy - The first SYM female. Beloved by all, hounded by many, courted by Flagg. Something about her lead many a male to suspect she was in fact a 60 year old toothless man... Or Waverly. We never figured out which.
ch85us2001 - Also; Chus, Chu, The Chuotic One, Drag Queen. The Spam Factory thread founder who has helped to usher in the current status of SYM (for good or ill). An avid fan of Queen, Drag Racing and other stuff people don't or shouldn't want to know. Apparently married to and (still arguably) under the control of Oscuro_Sol and is currently flavour of the month among the Queen camp. Despite the closure of the Spam Factory, partly due to his Chuoticness, he continues to be a valuable addition to SYM. Oh, apparently he's zany too...

Cimmy- abb. CM
Citadel - a majestic fortress of the Heathens, a place of peace and tranquility, warded by magic in order to make sure that noone disturbs the holy dri..*ahem* rituals and slee...*ahem* meditation.
Clementine Cult - 1. A poor imitation of the Heathens, I am sad to report. A bad copy of an imitation in their own way, they are not taken seriously and are only good for comic relief. 2. A gathering of fellow citrus lovers, dedicated to the eating of clementines and the praising of Lady Clementine, they are not in any way copies of the heathens (but they are close allies) as they came from a spam thread about boredom, which quickly turned into a thread about clementines.
CM - Also known as Fas, the Hafner, an adventurer from the Dark Flames, wielder of the Haftershave, and teddybear of SYM. Well known to be socially deficiant when it comes to engaging in questionable acts with livestock. Currently under WR supervision. Awarded as SYM Most Loveable/Romantic Male Member.
Comics - This was the name of the forum dedicated to comics. In januari 2006, it changed into the Other Entertainment forum.
COMM - 1. A group of fine individuals the first of which were hand picked by the High COMMander Weasel to spread light and truth within the dark chaos of SPAM that was abound at the time. As time progressed the High COMMander left them promising a glorious return in their hour of need. They are currently a rag-tag group of scoundrels with some of the newest members not even remembering the Olden Days of Glory. 2. An extinct faction on SYM, that some gentleman tend to call upon when ancient spam is missed. 3. Community Of Mutant Mentals, a group of incureable spammers and evil.

D
Darc_Elv_Nyte - Currently Ideal Maxima, Darc_Elv_Nyte asked the all holy ruler (Buck Satan) to change his name. Back then, he always posted in the Morrowind forums. Soon, he realized the calling from SYM, and decided that's where he belonged.
Dark Flames - A history tread, the first fan fiction written in Gamebanshee, filled with adventure, that is very remarkable in these days because of some of the titles it has given. Example: CM, the Huggable. It was originally founded by Dragon Wench, Georgi, Jennabard, Loner, Vivian and Gwally. Individuals such as Thantor, Yshania, T'Lainya and AC joined slightly later. And then they gathered up the likes of Bloodstalker, Scayde, and Chanak. There are of course, other people who have written in the story, or made cameo appearances, but this is the core group.
DCI - abb. Dungeon Crawl Inc.
Demo - abb. Demortis
Demortis - A Mercenary working for the Heathens, he is a werewolf. He is the leader of Black Talon. (see Black Talon)

DF's - abb. Dark Flames
Dragon's Breath Inn - A famous inn where there are dungeons, mariachi bands, fire-breathing stone dragon statues and more! So come check it out.
dragon wench - Owner of the TDBI. one of the original founding members of the Dark Flames. Awarded with SYM's Best Location: The maelstrom where chaos merges with lucidity.
Dungeon Crawl Inc. - A hilarious webcomic made by the board member Kayless, which is based in the Forgotten Realms and features enough humor to make you split your lungs! Like the slogan says, 'It's the most fun you can have without 3 midgets and a whip!'

E
Ed - A great white shark who lives in a lake near the Heathen Citadel. He is owned by Werebeargoddess. Not very many people know about him.
Egervari - Highly respected by all IWD II fans, famous for his very detailed Guide that benetifs many.
Eggy - abb. Wrath-Of-Egg. Eggy was dubbed this by TGH.

F
fable - Babylonian God; Supermod of the GB-forums. The only greater God in SYM, that will soon reach the record postcount of 20000 posts without a single useless spam post ever. He is famous for Chicken Tandoori, and for his neverending source of wisdom. Also a freelance writer who often produces reviews. Holder of a SYM Lifetime Achievement Award.
Fas - see "CM".
Fiberfar - Owner of the "Best bunch of sisters 2005" award. He is also known to be a reputed friend of the heathens, and enjoys hanging out in the Citadel and in the Temple of Clementine.
Fish - see "Aegis", "slapping"

Galuf - abb. Galuf the Dwarf
Galuf the Dwarf - Curator of sincerity at GameBanshee, crafter of Dungeon Crawl Inc. character stats, and moderator of The Temple of Elemental Evil. His Favorite color is DarkGreen.
Gamebanshee Forums- The Gamebanshee Forums was once a place that was used to talk about games, there is now a new section of forums called Other Stuff, which is used to talk about things like Technical Support, Comics, SYM etc.
GB - abb. GameBanshee
Goody - The thread that broke the board. The vile cause of the banishment of SYMians. Created by Mr. Sleep (See also: Legal Sleep), this thread result in both the creation of SYM, as well as the massive breaking of the board with automatic e-mail's upon responding to the thread.
Great Hairy - see The Great Hairy.
Guns'N'Cookies - The SYM band, involving Weasel, Waverly, Ubik, Gruntboy and Aegis. Resulted in spam and a purple pill induced shenanigan.

Heathen - 1. A poor imitation of COMM, they started at a low point and have gone downhill ever since their initiation in 2004. Do not trust any who defines themselves as heathen. 2. A proud group of members who are constantly bored by COMM, and live in peace with all other members, consuming tequila and living inside a castle on a pocket plane, called the Heathen Citadel.

hill - abb. Hill-Shatar
Hill-Shatar - A dusty old Canadian. Enjoys archive diving, reading, and worshipping/fantacizing the Dark Flames, it can only be guessed as to where this obsession originated from, but most likely came from reading ancient Flame texts whilst reading through the archives of the Speak Your Mind Forum. Is reportedly the mother of Phreddie.

Ideal Maxima - Formally known as Darc_Elv_Nyte. Almighty 'Halo 2' player and avid SYM poster. A General in the COMM army. His race is Dark Elf and he is an expert on the battle field especially with both human and alien fire arms (SMG, Magnum, Covenant Energy Sword, etc.). With over 1000 posts, he is semi-dedicated to SYM and Game Banshee.
IIRC - abb. If I Remember Correctly. Used when a person is too lazy/in a hurry/whatever to type the whole thingymajicky and it's much easier to write.
IK- abb. ik911
ik911 - ik is a member of the gamebanshee forums and is famous for spamming Fable's threads. Owner of the dictionary, enciclopaedia and Luis' hand lotion of doom, and makes use of those items hidden on a bathroom... Aegis the sage told Luis about this. Awarded for saying the Most stupid thing in SYM. Destroyer and loather of Spam. Apparently views this high art form of communicating as rubbish.

IMO - abb. In My Opinion: used when expressing one's personal opinion on a matter wishing to devoid the possibility that someone mistaken's the comment as a "this is the truth/right thing" kind of speech.
IMHO - abb. In My Humble Opinion: look IMO with the exception that the writer of this wishes to say that he really does not mean to insult anyone with his comment and only wishes to express his/her/human/CM opinion.

Jakkomik - A member of GB who frequents the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, MMORPG Discussion, GameBanshee Discussion, Speak Your Mind, RPG Discussion and World of Warcraft forums.
jopperm2 - A moderator and new member of SYM, with a good nature and talented for signature making. Awarded as SYM Rookie of The Year.
Juni - abb. Juniper1028
Juniper1028 - A bashful yet seductive lady who resides in any of the large spam threads. Enjoys long soakings in the Hot Tub and cooking strange delicacies. Also able to beat up Chu at will. Currently the icon of HOJ, the Holy Order of Juni, but the cult went no where. Rumored to be four feet tall and have a unibrow.

Kakukk - An expression to describe someone who is out of his mind.
Kayless - Writer of 'Dungeon Crawl Inc.' comics. Also famous for his Project: Snowman thread and many different past or present avatars as well. Constant mentor to Galuf in the creation of DCI character statistics. Loves to post in the color green as well.
Kip - abb. Kipi.
Kipi - Member of the closed Spam Factory. Man of metal and Fallout-games. The only known person who can heal his headache by listening to metal. Very evil person.

Lestat - The cautious toothless vampire on SYM. An older, wiser and elegant man, Lestat portrays himself as a vampire of Toreador, claiming a great many woman to his charms. Is known for his ability to have a (sarcastic) response to everything. Generally funny for the most part, unless angry. Has sucked Juni's blood from her hand at least once.
L.I.A.R. - An organization that is everywhere and everything at once, with classified information on every SYMer.
LMAO - abb. Laughing My Ass Off
Locke - abb. Locke Da'averan
Locke Da'averan - A person who has been a member of GB for several years. A Heathen who enjoys drinking and discussing drinking with magrus and others who wish to join the discussion. Is known to publicly miss his gf who is far far away. Also as a conclusion of him: "nipple"
LOL - abb. Laughing Out Loud
Luis Antonio - A portugese synonim for "skirt-chaser." The one who started the Citadel and is renouned for mass tequila drinking. He got 'detect women at will', and 'women true sight'. Awarded for SYM's Best Avatar

Macleod1701 - 1. As his time in GB has grown he has become truly powerful, now with his knight Oozae, could he be the one to rule SYM? With his deviousness and his mighty knight Oozae, he could persuade enough people to join his side to win the battle that shall decide the fate of SYM, for now and forever. 2. Mah(ar) - abb. Maharlika.
Maharlika - A mod of SYM, Maharlika is addicted to having wood of any kind in his hands. This kender also enjoys grabbing groins and is known for his Birthday threads, in which he flaunts being in a timezone where he can post these things about 12 hours before they actually happen.
Magrus - The Drunk. And a pervert.
Maxi - abb. Ideal Maxima.
Mc - abb. Mccool
Mccool - 1. A COMM trainee. Not very smart, has lead himself into ruin when he invaded the Citadel. 2. Smart SYMian. He was smart enough to leave the evil clutches of the Heathens, and took the path toward freedom: COMM. He's one of the newer members of COMM, and aided them a great deal during the destruction of the Heathen Citadel. 3. Neither a Heathen nor a COMM.
MCOPCDAWD, the - abb. Magrus' College of Perversion, Corruption, Debauchery and World Domination.
Mister Popo - Founder of 'Dungeon Crawling' thread and fanatic worshipper of DCI.
Moltovir - the only known blonde vampire in the world. Still under reasearch

OS - abb. Oscuro_Sol
Oscuro_Sol - Magrus' rabid, eccentric, stuttering, clawing, biting, pouting, sniffling, bossy, grinning, pouting, pouting, eccentric, pouting Kitten. Currently engaged to Chu. In a moment of weakness she agreed to an abominable bond that may or may not result in a "Chutten".
Other Entertainment - Replacing the Comics forum, Other Entertainment is a broader forum for movies, TV shows and anything else that is entertainment that does not fit in the game forums.
Other Stuff - This is a group of forums which talk about non-RPG games and other things like whatever is on your mind, Technical Support etc.

Pervert - Majority of SYM members. Those who deny that they are perverts just don't know that they are one yet. (Ik-note: Hill submitted this one. Go complain there.)
Phantom Lord - A member of GB who frequents the BGI and BGII:Shadows Of Amn forums, he has been a member of GB since 2001 yet he still only has 689 posts at the time of writing.
Phreddie - A misguided child, Phreddie still attempts to find his SYM parentage after the SYM Genealogy thread was brought up. So far, he believes that his mothers might be Hill-Shatar, ch85us2001 or Magrus, and all three deny it. He is also proud of something he calls Gland Cream, which typically everyone (except Ravager, which is also typical) ignores for the greater good of the board.
PPD - abb. Posts per day.

Queen - 1. A band which united OS and Chu as the lovebirds they are. 2. see 'Drag', 'Chu'.
Qwinn - A member of GB who regularly posts in the BGII:Shadows Of Amn forum, has been a member of GB for since 05-30-2004. At the time of writing this, Qwinn has only got 186 post compared to Oozae who has 230 posts and been a member of GB for only 3 weeks!

Rav - abb. Ravager (most commonly used abbreviation)
Ravager - A newer British member, Ravager is responsible for the current corruption of spam known as 'The Succeeder Stronghold'. His claim to fame currently resides in his absurdly high post count closing on 14,000, and a PPD of over 60 for several months. Ravager is also famous for his 'Power Hose', which he enjoys flinging around. He is constantly trying to maintain an aura of innocence near impossible in SYM and a member of the new team of spammers known as the SF rebels. He's quite smart, loves to be atypical and is obsessed with bunn-ays. Some common names given to Ravager are: Ravisher, Ravisher the Rascally Rabbit, Bob, The Fat Pixie, Rav, Ravaney, Ravanuschka, Ravvy, or Ravanolo.
ROFL - abb. Rolling Over the Floor, Laughing
ROFOLO - Juni's sock puppet. Where she got the sock from nobody knows.
RPG - abb. Role Playing Game, these are games that gives you a single character to play with, BG is an exception.
RTS - abb. 1. Real Time Strategy, a genre of game. 2. Real Time Spamming. Invented somewhere in Spam Factory. It means replying to discussions at such speed that it can compete with IM programs.

Scayde - Awarded as SYM Most Loveable/Romantic Female Member.
SF - abb. Spam Factory
sg - Brynn abb. something.
Slapping - see "Aegis", "fish"
Snookums - CM's most loyal and favoured pet: BS
Spam - 1. A way of life; known to cause massive boosts in one's intelligence. 2. Delicious meaty treat that boys and girls can enjoy. Usually comes in a can.
Spam Factory - A safe haven for spammers created by Chus in an attempt to uncontrol spam. However, when the postcount reached higher and higher levels, Chus felt it was becoming a Babel's tower and asked for it to be closed for the good of the board. Replaced by the Succeeder Stronghold.
Stilgar - Moderator and avid fan of DCI.
Sturgeon of Power - Aegis' mighty weapon, which he uses to slap people with.
Succeeder Stronghold - With the closing of the Spam Factory and the burying of the Heathen Citadel, Ravager made this thread in an attempt to amuse himself with mindless spam.

Sytze - Living Wisdom himself, human incarnate of the Light, creator of the Six Commandments. The one who's gender we're not sure about. And definitely the only one who can be tempted by CM.

Taco Magus - Member of Gamebanshee famous for his sculptures of sorts.
Tap and Tea - The Tap and Tea is the location of a great many perversions of DW. Also a location in the Search for the Holy Spam thread and a fixture in SYM.
TDBI - abb. The Dragon's Breath Inn.
Tea Drinker - (Also called Tea-Drinking Wanker.)The mindless slaves of the tyrant Weasel. Much like the Nazgul of Middle Earth are to Sauron, these unwitting souls are subject to Weasel's will and roam SYM serving his schemes of world domination.
Technical Support - This is a forum dedicated to helping those with technical problems
TGH - abb. The Great Hairy
The Great Hairy- A respected and valued member of GB, his posts about his character's developement are very interesting, no one else but him thought of it.
This Or That - This is a thread that is mainly used for boosting one's posts, similiar to Word Association. Described by the maker as this "I thought it was time for a new game. It's called "This or That". I'll post two words, and you choose one of them and then you post two news. Got it...??"
TM - abb. Tower_Master
Tower_Master - A member of the Gamebanshee Forums who regularly posts in the Word Association and This Or That threads.
Tsa - short for Tsalny'saia or T'Shalans'Nay
Tsa'lynisha - The Heathens' pet dragon & heat provider, living in the Citadel. Her name is way to long to pronounce let alone write it down correctly twice, so everybody calls her Tsa, and was originally T'Shalans'Nay.
T'Shalans'Nay - Original name of the Heathen's dragon. Over time, the name changed into Tsa'lynisha. (see there)
Tunnels of SYM Love - This is the tale of BS's search (in vain) for a true love in SYM, which seems to mainly attract him to a number of men in the forum. No conclusions have been drawn yet. WARNING: Floors in tunnels are slippery.

User Unfriendly - Mighty lord of all cheese, has made the Bible of Shadows of Amn cheesing, that is known as UU's Cheeseguide.

Vicsun - A spreader of evil lies, also an expert (msn)flamer. Most misspelled name in SYM history. Awarded with SYM' Best Signature: Jesus Saves... And Takes ½ Damage

WB - abb. werebeargoddess
WBG - abb. werebeargoddess
Weasel - Founder of Comm. Has destroyed board before. Left Comm for a short period of time before rejoining to lead his people Comm to the promised land. Guiding light and holy father of Comm. Extravagent and mighty leader of Comm. Was arch-enemy of Bloodstalker, the Lord of Lurkers. Wise and pure saviour of Comm. Comm. Originally dwelled in the fabled temple of Comm. Bearer and wearer of the hallowed golden speedo. Is rumored to be the father of every SYMian.
werebeargoddess - Patron goddess of the werebears, but is still considered a demi-goddess on Gamebanshee. Hangs out in the Heathen Citadel, as well as the Fan Fiction forum. She owns a great white shark named Ed. She and her Wearbear kin have a never ending battle with Werewolves.
Wild Turkey - Favored drink of Bloodstalker.
Word ascosiation - Word Association is a thread that is mainly used for boosting one's posts, similiar to This Or That in that regard. Described as this: "This is a word asociation game. I'll start with a word, then the next one posts the word they first thought of, and so on." It is closed by Xandax.
WR - abb. winter rose.
Wrath - abb. Wrath-Of-Egg.
Wrath-Of-Egg - A former member of GB. He was always vague and never angry but suddenly he exploded, resulting in his banning.

X
Xandax - Supermoderator at the forums at GameBanshee. Very nice, patient, and technically proficient guy. Awarded as Most Helpful Member in SYM.

Y
Yeltsu - Formerly known as Asriel, famous shapeshifter of SYM. Lives in Norway, therefore he gets to meet Santa every year. On his bad days, he believes he's Santa himself. He is also an ACE and good friend of Heathen. He has the wardstone to enter the Citadel just like a member of Heathen has.

Zar - abb. Zarustha
Zarustha - Famous argonian knight and adventurer whose adventuries we can read in Morrowind forum. Real incarnation of goodness and virtue. Or something like that.
